Making Pesto

While playing a game last night with the kids, we started talking about pine nuts and pesto. Denis wanted to know how to make pesto so Al said he would teach them. That meant a trip to the market on Monday to buy the ingredients. Iramita took us to the central market La central de Abastos which was HUGE and the fish market La Viga.  We love the sights of these kinds of markets and the displays of the fruits and vegetables.  The market was so big we had to drive to the different sections.
