After arriving back in California for the weekend we went to Bill's house in Tustin to help him and his son, Bill Jr. to pack up the moving truck.  We spent the night at Bill's and the next morning we drove Bill's truck towing his 1969 Camaro SS while Bill & Bill Jr drove the moving truck to Arizona.

We arrived at Bill's Stepmom's house in Prescott, Arizona.  Bill Jr. with Sherry who he hasn't seen in a while.  Bill will be staying with Sherry until he buys a house in the area.

The moving truck was emptied into Sherry's garage and the Camaro also fit into her garage.  Then it was time for dinner at Bill's Burgers in downtown Prescott.

There was a fire off in the mountains that provided for a beautiful sunset in Prescott, Arizona.

The next day we all rode back to Tustin in Bill's truck.  Mission successful!

We were in California for such a short time and wish we had more time to visit our friends but that was not possible this time.

The following Monday it was time for Lake Mead Trip #3.  We drove from Al's Mom's house in La Mirada to Boulder City, Nevada to pick up our boat and camping gear.  A treat on this trip was Maureen's daughter, Christina, joined us.

We had another great week at the lake and got in some great skiing.  It was great having Christina along and we loved watching her get up on the slalom ski for the first time.

After the lake we put the camping gear and the boat back in storage and spent the night in a local hotel in Boulder City.  The next day we were off to pick up the trailer after the solar install.

  2. What true friends you are, helping Bill move to Arizona!
I know he is very appreciative of that! How very nice!

The water skiing looks wonderful ... I love it!
Yes that is some smooth water and looks like you had a great time.

I must admit that I am very impressed with Mr Bond ... Barefoot Bond!
Too fun, what a great time and I can just tell you both certainly know how to enjoy yourselves.

Thanks for letting me ride (and ski) along!

Chehalis, Washington and St Helens, Oregon

We left Ilwaco, Washington and drove inland (east) to Chehalis, Washington to a Thousand Trails park.  We found an open site we liked and go...
